1. Vehicle Condition:

1.1 Customers are responsible for informing Splash Attack of any pre-existing damages or sensitive vehicle parts before the carwash process begins. We are not liable for damages caused due to undisclosed issues.

2. Valuables:

2.1 We recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle before the carwash. Splash Attack is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

3. Specialty Vehicles:

3.1 Certain specialty vehicles, including but not limited to classic cars, convertibles, and vehicles with modifications, may require special attention. Please notify our staff if your vehicle falls into this category.

4. Environmental Factors:

4.1 While Splash Attack takes precautions to ensure a thorough cleaning, please note that factors such as extreme weather conditions or environmental fallout may affect the car’s appearance post-wash.

5. Payment:

5.1 Payment is due upon completion of the carwash service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

6. Disclaimer:

6.1 Our carwash services are provided with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, please be advised of the following:

6.1.1 Vehicle Accidents: Splash Attack is not responsible for any accidents involving vehicles on our premises.

6.1.2 Vehicle Damage: Splash Attack is not responsible for any damage to vehicles during the carwash process.

6.1.3 Loss of Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss of personal or any other property.

6.1.4 Natural Damages: Splash Attack is not responsible for damages caused by fire, hail, rain, or any other natural elements.

6.1.5 Engine Cleans: Engine cleaning is performed at the vehicle owner’s own risk. This disclaimer applies to diesel engines only.

6.1.6 Tire Polishing: Please instruct us if you want tire polishing.
